Jersey is in ‘lockdown’ and the ‘Stay at Home’ instruction will be in place until at least April 30th 2020. Throughout this time, the spread of COVID-19 will be closely monitored. Ministers are committed to removing this instruction and restoring civil liberties as early as is safe to do so.

Our offices remain closed and we continue to work from home to best represent our vendors and landlords whilst showing utmost respect to the situation.

You should only leave your house for the following reasons:

1. When you need to shop for food, medicine, and other basic necessities, which should be as infrequently as possible.

2. For daily exercise. This can include walking, cycling, running, exercising or caring for animals, provided you maintain social distancing from everyone outside your own household.

3. For any medical needs, including providing care.

A rainbow is a representation of hope and a sign of positivity when we need it most. Let’s be honest, we’re all worried. It’s a terrifying time; wondering what on earth will happen to our families, community, our beautiful island and our finances. At Livingroom, we always speak as we find and remain open and transparent in all of our communication - above all else we are human. First and foremost, our focus is on our community so if there is any way we can help you, talk to us. We don’t know what’s around the corner, but we do know that if Jersey stands together and listens to government advice to stay home, we all stand a better chance moving forward. By following the guidance, you’re not only helping our incredible essential workers now, but we also stand a better chance of bringing some normality to our economy - and for that we must remain positive and hopeful.

Love from the Livingroom team.
