JOB TITLE: CREATIVE: INCORPORATING COPYWRITING, PROOFREADING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Responsible to: CEO, Directors, Management,
Job Purpose: Responsible for producing compelling copy and digital content for our well-established brand. Facilitating the Company by developing and continuing to evolve presentation techniques through photography, video, design, social media management, copywriting, proofreading and editing in addition to creating bespoke floorplans and marketing material.
Main Responsibilities include:
Conversing with Sales/Lettings teams and Business Support on what is required for each property.
Conversing with Sales/Lettings teams and Business Support on diary arrangements.
Conversing with property owners/tenants whilst remaining an advocate of Livingroom at all times – often working to specific client demands and requests.
Composing engaging ‘on-brand’ copy for brochures, website and social media marketing.
Proofreading and editing content across the business to ensure accuracy and quality.
Ensuring all work is kept in line with brand DNA/tone of voice - with consistency across all platforms and media.
To asses weather conditions to best promote the property/island and converse accordingly with both colleagues and clients.
To work alongside the Creative Team to carefully prepare each property for imagery.
To work alongside the Creative Team to create quality photography/videography of each property to a professional standard.
Editing imagery/videography for both print and digital usage.
Measuring room sizes and creation of bespoke property floorplans.
Layout of bespoke property brochures according to corporate requirements.
Implementation of imagery on the Livingroom website.
To work closely with the PR team at all times.
To work alongside the CEO/PR/Creative Team in best use of social media marketing.
To work alongside the CEO/Creative Team to manage social media streams.
To work alongside the CEO/PR/Creative Team in developing marketing plans.
To work alongside the CEO/Creative Team in researching future-facing industry techniques and technological innovations.
To manage Creative files and keep up-to-date on a daily basis.
Best promote each property irrespective of value/condition.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
As a Creative/Copywriter you will be expected to: -
First and foremost, have an interest and passion in property.
Use creative thinking to find new ways of solving problems.
Have a passion for creativity; alongside a strategic mindset and strong analytic skills.
Have proven technical, photographic/videography skills and an understanding of digital/printed publication design whilst remaining open to new technology/training in industry advancements.
Have knowledge of social media usage and management.
Be willing to undertake training as required.
Have proven ability of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.
Strive for attention to detail with exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar.
A flair for creating imaginative and compelling copy.
Be proactive and imaginative with an artistic aptitude.
Be able to work effectively within a team environment - with the ability to communicate between all stakeholders and departments.
Have excellent client communication skills.
Be organised, with a capacity to switch between high-volume and low-volume work periods, often working to strict deadlines.
Hold a full driving licence and provide a car able to transport photographic equipment as required.
Training and Equipment:
Continual photographic training will be provided by our existing professional team.
Equipment will be provided.
