Compulsory Masks in Jersey from today

Tuesday, 01 December 2020

A Jersey law to make masks compulsory comes into effect from today, Tuesday 1 December, at 10am. This makes mask use compulsory in supermarkets, shops, post offices, banks, public transport (including taxis), healthcare settings and when using close-contact services such as hairdressers, beauticians and businesses such as our own.

From today, viewers/homeowners and our negotiators will wear masks when attending properties as standard. Hand sanitiser will be provided by Livingroom staff before entering any property together with additional masks if required. Please also respect the homeowners health by not touching surfaces. No viewings/valuations will take place without the correct procedures in place in order to protect our customers and staff.

If you have any questions please call 717100 in advance of the appointment time and we will be happy to talk you through the protocol.
