Coronavirus COVID-19 and our considered company response

With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the strictest advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.

The well-being of our customers, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.

All of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and any member of staff returning from any affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions will automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.

Please note our staff now follow a process of not shaking hands - this is to help protect those around us. We trust you understand our decision.

To protect the wellbeing of our staff, we ask that you notify us prior to attending a property for either a valuation or a viewing if you if you have any symptoms that may resemble the virus.   

It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers. We will be following developments on a daily basis.
