LIVINGROOM IS SEEKING A JERSEY BASED, CONFIDENT INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM ON A FULL-TIME BASIS. THE POSITION OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A DYNAMIC BUSINESS AND HELP DELIVER FIRST-CLASS CLIENT SERVICE. A SELF-MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE, METHODICAL AND FLEXIBLE ATTITUDE WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DUTIES
The position of Business Administrative Support is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business and help deliver first-class client service. A self-motivated, proactive, methodical and flexible attitude with previous experience of working within an office environment will be essential for this role.
Ensure policies and procedures are maintained, monitored and updated, as required.
Working within the Business Support team to maintain client and company files.
Answering phone calls and email management, including booking property valuations and viewings.
Diary management for the sales and lettings teams.
Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets and keeping these up to date.
Collating and maintaining Client Due Diligence.
Working alongside the sales and lettings teams to facilitate the operational needs of the business.
Working alongside the Financial Controller to handle incoming invoices.
Monthly petty cash reconciliations and monitor payments of same.
Working within the Business Support team to monitor office housekeeping and office supplies.
Assisting with compiling and printing brochures.
Monitoring and maintaining website and social media platforms.
Full-time working hours 9am to 5:30pm.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous experience of working within an office environment.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
Attention to detail.
Ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction are met at all times.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience of working as part of a team, working efficiently and effectively to support and meet the business objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of KYC and Money Laundering.
Understanding of video conferencing tools such as Teams/Zoom to enable pan-island meetings.
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
