Livingroom invented TVM in 2012 and commissioned a Channel Island digital agency to build it for us so that we’d have a bespoke platform that met our clients’ needs. It is important to us that our clients feel listened to from their very first interaction with us all the way to their last and TVM enables us to do this; something an off-the-shelf solution would never have done.
TVM is hosted on the Livingroom website where vendors can log in to a secure area and view a complete timeline of their sale or rental, file notes, arrangements and notated honest feedback from every viewing. It’s available to anyone who sells their home with Livingroom – irrespective of value and condition – and offers a multimillion-pound service to all.
We know that you can never keep vendors too informed on their sale so in February 2019 we will be evolving TVM to encompass online statistics from Google Analytics to ensure that TVM is not only the first platform of its kind, but it’s also the most intuitive.
